Title says it all. This is easy and a good idea for kids in the kitchen.

I have added some lavender flowers (about 1T) to the batter with lovely results.

  1. Preheat oven to 350
  2. Grease a 9x9x2 pan.
  3. In blender, whirl bananas to make puree
  4. Add oil and eggs to banana puree and whirl to combine.
  5. In medium bowl, sift together: flour, sugar, soda and salt
  6. Add banana mixture, mix until just blended
  7. Pour into prepared pan, rap on table a few times to remove any air bubbles
  8. Bake 45 minutes or until center springs back when touched
  9. Cool in pan on rack.
  10. Serve from pan.
