Ingredientes

  • 1 stick butter
  • 3 egg yolks
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 1/2 c. boiling water

Direcciones

  1. Combine all but boiling water in the blender. Add in water and blend till smooth. Put in top of double boiler and cook over warm, not boiling water till thick. If you do not let the water boil, this NEVER FAILS. Can be made several days ahead.
