Ingredientes

4 ounce. Bleu cheese
3 tbsp. red wine vinegar
1 c. salad oil

1 1/2 teaspoon salt
Dash freshly grnd pepper

Direcciones

Use food processor metal blade, process Bleu cheese for 5 seconds. Add in oil, vinegar, salt and pepper to the beaker. Process till well blended. Makes 1 1/3 c..
