Ingredientes

  • 2 T butter
  • 3 c. sugar
  • 1/4 c. white syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 c. Milnot
  • 1/2 c. lowfat milk
  • 2 teaspoon vanilla
  • Nuts, to suit your taste

Direcciones

  1. Place all ingredients except vanilla and nuts in saucepan. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly till mix boils. Continue cooking, stirring occasionally to soft ball stage, 238 degrees or possibly till a small amount forms a soft ball when tested in very cold water. Remove from heat. Add in vanilla. Cool to lukewarm. Beat till fudge is thick. Mix in nuts. Spread into buttered foil lined 8" square pan.
