Ingredientes

  • 5 1/2 c. blood orange juice (or possibly regular orange juice)
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsp chopped or possibly pressed garlic
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped fresh ginger
  • 1/4 tsp warm chili flakes - (to 1/2)

Direcciones

  1. In a 10- to 12-inch nonstick frying pan over high heat, mix orange juice, sugar, garlic, ginger, and chili flakes to taste. Boil till reduced to 1 c., about 10 min; stir often. Use warm or possibly cool.
  2. This recipe yields about 1 c..
  3. Comments: If making sauce up to 2 days ahead, cover and chill. It makes a refreshing dressing for a green salad or possibly grapefruit segments.
