Bloody Mary
My hubby, Big J, loves "Bloodies" On the other hand, I am not a fan:( I combined several variations, to come up with Big J's favorite~ If you like a Bloody Mary with a kick, give this a try!
Jim's "Bloodies"
Pour into a shaker glass half filled with ice:
- 2 fluid ounces chile-pepper flavored vodka
- 3 fluid ounces tomato juice
- 2 fluid ounces clam juice
- 1/2 fluid ounce lemon juice
- 1/2 fluid ounce beef bouillon
- 1/2 fluid ounce beer
- 1/8 t black pepper
- 1/8 t salt
- 1/8 t celery seed
- 1/4 t old bay seafood seasoning
- 1/2 t horseradish
- 3 dashes worcestershire sauce
- 3 dashes hot sauce
Shake well, strain into a large glass filled with ice.
Garnish with one claussen hot and spicy pickle spear
