Ingredientes

  • 4 ounce tomato juice, chilled
  • 1 Tbsp. freshly squeezed lemon juice + 1 lemon wedge
  • 3 x shakes Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 x shakes Tabasco sauce
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/3 tsp freshly grnd pepper
  • 3 ounce lemon vodka, chilled
  • 2 Tbsp. celery salt or possibly regular salt
  • 4 x oysters, shucked
  • 1 tsp freshly grated Horseradish

Direcciones

  1. In a small pitcher, mix tomato juice, lemon juice, Worcestershire, Tabasco, salt, pepper, and vodka. If fresh horseradish is not available, add a 1/4 tsp. of prepared horseradish.
  2. Moisten the rim of 4 shot glasses with the lemon wedge, then touch the rim down on a small plate of celery salt.
  3. Fill shot glasses 3/4 of way with bloody Mary mix, then drop an oyster in each glass and sprinkle with horseradish.
