IT IS NOT YOUR AVERAGE POT ROAST ,AND CAN BE ENJOYED BY THE WHOLE FAMILY,IT,S COMFORT FOOD FOR THE WHOLE FAMILY AND SO TASTY ,ADD POTATOES. TO ROAST ALONG WITH IT ,A TOSSED SALAD MY DELICIOUS BISCUITS AND YOUR GOOD TO GO........ENJOY1

Ingredientes

  • 1 Three to 4 lb boneless beef bottom round roast
  • 4 garlic cloves thinly sliced
  • 2tbls olive oil
  • 3/4 cup bloody mary mix
  • 7 tbs good vodka
  • 1 tbs prepared horseradish
  • 1/2 tsp worcestershire sauce
  • 1 garlic clove minced
  • 4 large potatoes yukon gold
  • 5 tsp cornstarch
  • salt and fresh ground pepper to taste

Direcciones

  1. PREHEAT OVEN TO 325 DEGREES
  2. CUT SEVERAL SLITS IN MEAT ABOUT 1/2 INCH LONG
  3. INSERT O SLICE OF GARLIC INTO EACH SLIT
  4. IN A DUTCH OVEN ADD OIL AND BROWN MEAT ON ALL SIDES
  5. REMOVE FROM HEAT COMBINE ALL THE REST OF THE INGREDIENTS AND POUR OVER THE ROAST
  6. BAKE COVERED FOR 1 HOUR ADD THE POTATOES AND BAKE ANOTHER HOUR AND A HALF A TOTAL OF 2-1/2 HOURS
  7. OR UNTIL VERY TENDER..TRANSFER TO A PLATE KEEP WARM
  8. STIR CORNSTARCH INTO COOKING JUICES COOK TILL BUBBLY
  9. SLICE MEAT ACROSS THE GRAIN THINLY ADD POTATOES AND SERVE WITH GRAVY
  10. ADD FRESH COOKED CARROTS AND DINNER IS SERVED ENJOY
