  • 1 whl beef tenderloin (3 lb.)
  • 1/2 c. teriyaki sauce
  • 1/2 c. red wine
  • 2 x cloves garlic minced
  • 4 ounce blue cheese crumbled
  • 1/3 c. mayonnaise
  • 2/3 c. lowfat sour cream
  • 1 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce

Direcciones

  1. Place beef in a shallow dish. Combine teriyaki sauce, red wine and garlic; pour over beef. Allow beef to marinate in refrigerator for 30 min.
  2. Preheat oven to 450 degrees F (230 degrees C).
  3. Place tenderloin on broiler pan, and cook in preheated oven for 15 min. Reduce heat to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C), and cook for 30 to 40 more min, or possibly to desired doneness. Allow to set for 10 min before slicing.
  4. In a saucepan over low heat, combine blue cheese, mayonnaise, lowfat sour cream and Worcestershire sauce. Stir till smooth; serve over sliced tenderloin.
