Ingredientes

  • Salad
  • 4 cups shredded red or green cabbage or a
  • combination of both
  • 1 large carrott, shredded
  • 1 stalk celery, thinly sliced
  • 1 Granny apple , cored with skin on,
  • shredded
  • 8 radishes, shredded
  • 1/2 cup thinly sliced scallions
  • 3 tablespoons minced fresh parsley
  • Salt & Pepper
  • Dressing
  • 4 ounces blue cheese, crumbled, plus some for
  • garnish
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/3 cup buttermilk
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons cider vinegar
  • 4 tablespoons sugar

Direcciones

  1. Combine all ingredients in a food processor until almost smooth. Transfer dressing to a large bowl.
  2. Add all vegetables to bowl with the dressing and toss well to combine. Garnish with additional blue cheese.
