Blue Cheese Cauliflower

Ingredientes

  • 4 ounce fanish blue cheese
  • 2 ounce streaky bacon
  • 1 1/2 ounce butter
  • 1 x 5z flour
  • 1/2 pt lowfat milk seasoning
  • 1/2 ounce potato crisps crushed
  • 1 med sized cauliflower

Direcciones

  1. Divide cauliflower into florets and cook in boiling salted water till just tender.
  2. Drain and keep quarter pint of the stock.
  3. Place cauliflower in serving dish.
  4. Derind and cut up bacon into small pcs then fry in its own fat till crisp. Crumble cheese into a pan and add in flour butter stock and lowfat milk.
  5. Stir over a medium heat till thickened then season.
  6. Pour sauce over cauliflower then sprinkle with crisps and bacon.
  7. Cook at 400 deg.F 200 deg.C for fifteen min.
