Receta Blue Cheese Cauliflower

- Divide cauliflower into florets and cook in boiling salted water till just tender.
- Drain and keep quarter pint of the stock.
- Place cauliflower in serving dish.
- Derind and cut up bacon into small pcs then fry in its own fat till crisp. Crumble cheese into a pan and add in flour butter stock and lowfat milk.
- Stir over a medium heat till thickened then season.
- Pour sauce over cauliflower then sprinkle with crisps and bacon.
- Cook at 400 deg.F 200 deg.C for fifteen min.
