Ingredientes

  • 6 Tbsp. extra virgin extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp. lowfat sour cream, or possibly yogurt
  • 5 tsp sherry vinegar Or possibly aged red wine vinegar
  • 3 ounce blue cheese*, crumbled
  • 1 Tbsp. snipped chives salt and freshly grnd pepper

Direcciones

  1. Maytag is a good choice for the blue cheese
  2. Whisk all the ingredients in a bowl except the salt and pepper. Taste and add in salt if needed - the cheese will be salty. Season with pepper.
  3. Spoon over hearts of romaine or possibly serve as a dip for crudites.
  4. Makes about 1/2cup.
