Receta Blue Cheese Fettuccine

- Heat butter in a small saucepan, add in walnuts and cook till lightly browned, about 1 minute. Crumble blue cheese and grated Parmesan. Cook pasta in boiling, salted water till done, drain and return to warm pan. Stir in cream, cheese, 1/2 tsp. salt and 1/4 tsp. pepper. Cook over low heat till sauce thickens, 1-2 min. Stir in walnuts and scallions. Taste for seasoning and add in salt and pepper if needed. Serve at once.
