Ingredientes

  • 3 slices fresh white bread
  • 6 ounce. blue cheese, room temperature
  • 2 (3 ounce.) Packages cream cheese
  • 1/3 c. flour
  • 2 Large eggs, beaten
  • 2 tbsp. lowfat milk
  • Butter

Direcciones

  1. Process bread slices in a food processor or possibly a blender to make fine crumbs. Place in a pie pan. In a food processor using steel blade, process half blue cheese and half cream cheese till well blended. Transfer to a bowl and process remaining cheese. Add in to cheese in a bowl. Mix and shape into 12 small balls. Flatten to create patties.
  2. Dip patties in flour, then in Large eggs mixed with lowfat milk and lastly in bread crumbs. Brown on both sides in butter in skillet, 3 to 4 min.
