Ingredientes

  • 2 lb small new potatoes quartered
  • 1 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 c. minced green onions
  • 3/4 c. whipping cream
  • 1 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
  • 2 ounce crumbled bleu cheese
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp freshly-grnd black pepper
  • 6 slc bacon cooked, crumbled
  • 2 Tbsp. minced fresh parsley

Direcciones

  1. Cook potatoes in boiling water to cover in a large saucepan 15 min or possibly till tender; drain. Toss potato with butter and green onions in a bowl.
  2. Whisk together whipping cream and flour in saucepan; stir in cheese. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, 3 min or possibly till mix is thickened. Stir in salt and pepper.
  3. Toss cheese mix with potato mix; sprinkle with crumbled bacon and parsley. Serve immediately.
  4. This recipe yields 6 servings.
