Ingredientes

  • 3 c. blue crab meat
  • 1 med. potato, boiled and mashed
  • 1/2 c. cooked onion
  • 1 c. bread crumbs, unseasoned
  • 3 Large eggs
  • 1 tbsp. garlic pwdr
  • 1/2 c. sweet vermouth
  • 1/4 pound butter

Direcciones

  1. Place crab meat, mashed potato, onion and 1/2 c. bread crumbs in bowl. Add in 2 Large eggs to mix and blend to make crab cakes. Dust with garlic pwdr. Beat 1 egg in bowl and pour 1/2 c. bread crumbs into another bowl. Dip crab cakes in egg and roll in bread crumbs. Cook for 3 min in frying pan, then pour vermouth, then brown each side.
