Ingredientes

  • 1 c. Fresh crabmeat
  • 1 c. Mayonnaise
  • 1 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1/2 c. Scallions, chopped Freshly grnd black pepper

Direcciones

  1. Mix the crabmeat, mayonnaise and grated cheese in the top of a double boiler. Cook over medium heat till melted through. Stir in scallions and black pepper.
  2. Spoon onto toasted baguette or possibly crackers.
  3. Serve warm.
