Ingredientes

  • 2 c. Sugar
  • 6 ounce Evaporated lowfat milk
  • 1 dsh Salt
  • 1 tsp Corn syrup
  • 4 ounce Unsweetened chocolate
  • 2 Tbsp. Butter
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Walnuts

Direcciones

  1. Butter sides of heavy 2 qt suacepan. In it combine sugar, lowfat milk, chocolate,salt and corn syrup. Cook and stir over medium heat till chocolate melts and sugar dissolves. Cook to soft ball stage (234 F)
  2. Remove from heat, add in butter without stirring. Cold to lukewarm(110F), add in vanilla and beat vigorously till fudge stiffens and loses it gloss. Quickly stir in walnuts,push from pan(do not scrape sides) into buttered shallow pan. Score while hot, cut when hard.
