"Blue Sky" SnowCone' Tini

For my birthday, my mom & her fiance took me to an Italian restaurant for dinner. While there, she ordered a martini called a "Snow Cone-Tini." It was the cutest thing, so I just had to come home and create some of my own. This is one of many that I've made so far.

Ingredientes

  • 4 oz. Blue Raspberry or Blueberry vodka
  • 3 oz. Blue Curacao
  • Splash of pineapple juice or lemonade, optional
  • Fresh fruit, for garnish (optional)
  • Ice shaver or snow cone maker
  • 2 chilled martini glasses

Direcciones

  1. In a glass or bowl, shave some ice and form it into two nice size snow balls; place one in each martini glass. In a shaker filled with ice, add the blueberry vodka and blue curacao; shake to combine.
  2. Strain equally into the martini glasses, being careful not to pour it over the snow balls. Add a splash of pineapple juice or lemonade, if desired. Garnish with fresh fruit, if desired.
