Ingredientes

  • 1/2 c. minced pecans
  • 3 lrg bananas
  • 1 x (16 oz) nondairy whipped topping
  • 1 x (8 oz) package cream cheese
  • 1 x (21 oz) can blueberry pie filling
  • 1 c. white sugar

Direcciones

  1. Method:1. Press pecans into unbaked pie shells. Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) till light brown.
  2. Slice bananas into cooled crusts.
  3. Cream sugar and cream cheese together. Add in nondairy whipped topping to cream cheese mix. Pour mix over bananas in both pie pans.
  4. Top pies with blueberries. Refrigerateat least 4 hrs before serving, or possibly freeze for later use. Enjoy!
  5. Makes 2 nine inch pies
  6. These pies freeze well; enjoy one now, and freeze the second pie for use later!
