Blueberry Banana Sorbet
- Yield: 2 cups-4 servings
- Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cups frozen blueberries-thawed slightly
- 1/2 cup fresh lemon juice-about 2 lemons
- 1/2 cup agave syrup
- 1 banana-sliced
Directions:
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into a freezer container and freeze until firm. Remove from freezer about 10 minutes before you want to eat it to soften slightly.
