Receta Blueberry Blast Smoothie

Please, please don’t be afraid to throw some veggies or greens into your smoothie. It ups the nutritional value and the fruits really do mask any gardeney flavors you may taste.
Blueberry Blast Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 Roma tomato
- 1 celery stalk, with top leaves
- 1/2 cup frozen mango cubes
- 1 cup frozen blueberries
- 1 small, ripe banana
- 1 tablespoon hazelnuts
- 1.5 cups unsweetened almond milk (homemade is best!)
Directions
Blend all ingredients until smooth.
Drink.
