Receta Blueberry Bliss Smoothie
So CREAAAAMY and satisfying. This was almost a yogurt consistency and it made me think about trying to make raw yogurt again, and then adding blueberries to that....but for a drinkable delight..try this.
Blueberry Bliss Smoothie
- 1/4 cup hemp seeds
- 1/4 cup almonds
- 1 1/2 to 2 cups water
- 1 frozen banana
- 3/4 to 1 cup blueberries (or to taste)
- pinch of sea salt
- drop of vanilla extract (optional)
In a high speed blender, mix hemp seeds, almonds and water until creamy. Pour through a nut milk bag, cheese cloth or paint bag. (Save pulp for another recipe). Pour milk back into blender and add remaining ingredients. Blend until creamy. You can add greens to this as well, but it will change the color. I thought the purple was just too pretty today!
