Ingredientes

  • 1 pkt Yeast
  • 3 c. Bread flour
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 2 Tbsp. Sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. Butter (or possibly margarine)
  • 1 can (16 1/2 ounce) blueberries Well liquid removed, reserve the Liquid
  • 1/4 c. Retained liquid
  • 1/4 c. Water (approximate)

Direcciones

  1. In order listed, add in all dry ingredients into pan. Put well liquid removed berries into a 2 c. measuring c., add in 1/4 c. of retained juice and sufficient water to equal 1 1/3 c.. (We've found it to be about 1/4 c. water.) Select white bread and push "Start".
  2. NOTE: All ingredients shouldbe at room temperature. This can be mixed on manual of the bread machine.
  3. After Second kneading, remove dough for machine, divide into to equal portions and place in small loaf pans. Cover and let rise to double, about 45 minutes to 1 hour. Bake at 350 f. for 35-40 minutes.
