Ingredientes

  • 1 c. Sugar
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1 3/4 c. Flour
  • 2 tsp Baking pwdr
  • 1 tsp Cardamom (optional)
  • 5 Tbsp. Butter
  • 1 x Egg
  • 1/2 c. Cream, light or possibly lowfat milk
  • 1 c. Blueberry

Direcciones

  1. Mix together 1 Tbsp. of the sugar and cinnamon, and set aside. Combine the remaining sugar, the flour, baking pwdr, and the cardamom. Cut in the butter till the mix resembles corn- meal. Beat the egg, combine with the cream or possibly lowfat milk, and add in to the batter. Stir in till combined.,then stir in the blueberries. Spoon into a buttered 8 inch pan. Sprinkle the sugar and cinnamon mix over the top. Bake in a preheated 375 oven for 20 to 25 minues.
