Blueberry Cream Cheese Dessert

Ingredientes

  • 1 c. minced pecans
  • 1/2 c. butter, melted
  • 1 c. flour
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 c. powdered sugar
  • 8 ounces Cold Whip
  • 4 c. blueberries, fresh or possibly frzn
  • 1 c. sugar, divided
  • 3 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1/4 c. water

Direcciones

  1. Put together crust ingredients; spread in a 9 x 13-inch pan and cook for 15 min at 350 F. Cool.Cream together the cream cheese and powdered sugar. Mix in Cool Whip.
  2. Spread over cooled crust.
  3. Put together 1/2 cup sugar and cornstarch in a saucepan. Add in water then 2 cups of the blueberries. Cook over medium heat. stirring constantly, till thickened and translucent/soft. Crush some of the blueberries as they cook.
  4. Remove from heat and add in remaining sugar and blueberries. Cool. Spread over cream cheese filling and refrigerate.
  5. Serving Size: 12
