Ingredientes

  • 1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsp baking pwdr
  • 1/3 c. margarine, soft
  • 2 x egg whites
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 3 c. blueberries frzn, don't thaw Topping
  • 2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
  • 2 c. plain lowfat yogurt
  • 1 x egg lightly beaten
  • 2/3 c. sugar
  • 2 tsp lemon or possibly orange rind grated
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Direcciones

  1. In food processor or possibly mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking pwdr, margarine, egg whites and vanilla; mix well.
  2. Press into bottom of 10 inch square cake pan, springform or possibly flan pan, sprinkle with blueberries.
  3. Topping: In bowl, sprinkle flour over yogurt. Add in egg, sugar, rind and vanilla; mix till smooth. Pour over berries.
  4. Bake in 350/180 oven for 60-70 min or possibly till golden brown.
  5. Serve hot or possibly cool.
