Ingredientes

  • 1 c. Lowfat sour cream
  • 2 Tbsp. Flour
  • 3/4 c. Sugar
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1 x Egg, beaten
  • 2 1/2 x -(up to)
  • 3 c. Fresh blueberries
  • 1 x (9 inch) pie shell, unbaked
  • 4 Tbsp. Flour
  • 4 Tbsp. Butter, softened
  • 4 Tbsp. Minced pecans

Direcciones

  1. Combine first 6 ingredients and beat 5 min at medium speed or possibly till smooth. Mix in blueberries. Pour into pie shell and bake at 400 for 25 min. Combine remaining ingredients, stirring well. Sprinkle over top of pie. Bake an additional 10 min. Refrigeratewell before serving.
  2. Yield: 6 to8 servings.
