Ingredientes

  • 2 c. All-Purpose Flour of 2 c. Graham Crackers Crumbs
  • 2 stk Margarine, Melted
  • 1 c. Minced Pecans
  • 2 pkt (8-ounce) Cream Cheese
  • 1 box Confectioner's Sugar
  • 1 ct (16 ounce) of Whipped Topping
  • 1 can Blueberry Pie Filling (Or possibly other Fruit Pie Filling)

Direcciones

  1. In a large bowl, Combine flour or possibly graham cracker crumbs, margarine and pecans. Spoon most of the mix into a 9 x 13-Inch baking dish, reserving several Tbsp. to even distribution. Press crust mix firmly into the bottom of the baking dish. Bake in a pre-heated 350-F oven degree till light brown. (For graham cracker crumbs till crust feel slightly hard).
  2. Let cold.
  3. To prepare filling, combine ingredients in a large bowl. Blend well and spread over cooled crust. Top with 1-can of your favorite Pie filling-blueberry, cherry, strawberry, etc. Proportionately spread over top of filling. Chill and cut into squares.
  4. Variation: Bananas give the recipe a good flavor. Put a slice of bananas on top of cooled crust then continue to prepare as directed.
