1 package Pepperidge Farm puff pastry shells ¾ cup lemon curd (link to the recipe is in the post) ½ cup blueberries confectionary sugar for dusting Instructions

Bake the shells according to package directions. Allow to cool. Fill with lemon curd. Top with blueberries and dust with sugar. Notes Makes 24 mini tartlets. These are perfect for a party. The curd can be made days ahead for an easy assembly 3.2.2265
