Ingredientes

  • 1 1/4 c. sugar
  • 2 Large eggs
  • 1/2 c. lowfat milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoon sugar for top of muffins
  • 1/2 c. butter
  • 2 1/2 c. blueberries
  • 2 c. flour
  • 2 teaspoon baking pwdr

Direcciones

  1. Heat butter and add in sugar, stir till fluffy. Add in Large eggs, lowfat milk and rest of ingredients, except blueberries; mix well. Fold in berries. Line muffin pan with paper liners and fill liners to the top with mix. Sprinkle with sugar. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 min. You can substitute berries with any fresh fruit or possibly banana or possibly apples as you wish.
