Receta Blueberry Peach Crisp
Ingredientes
- Crisp Topping
- 3/4 cup light brown sugar
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 2/3 cup AP flour
- 1 cup old-fashioned rolled oats
- generous pinch of salt
- 6 T (3/4 stick) unsalted butter, melted
- Filling
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup whipping cream
- 1 lb blueberries, frozen or fresh (I used last summerâs frozen right after picking)
- 3 lbs peaches, blanched for about 1 minute, dropped in ice water, and then peeled, pitted and sliced into 1/2 inch slices
