Ingredientes

  • 4 c. fresh or possibly frzn sliced peeled peaches, thawed
  • 2 tsp lemon juice
  • 3 c. fresh or possibly frzn blueberries, thawed
  • 3 Tbsp. flour
  • 4 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1/4 c. brown sugar, firmly packed
  • 1/4 c. quick cooking rolled oats
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 2 Tbsp. almonds, minced
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/8 tsp nutmeg
  • 2 Tbsp. margarine or possibly butter

  1. If you make this easy fruit crisp in the bake it in the microwave, summer when days are hot.
  2. Heat oven to 350 degrees F. In ungreased 8-inch square (1 1/2-qt)
  3. baking dish, combine peaches and lemon juice; toss gently. Add in blueberries, 3 Tbsp. flour and sugar; toss with peaches.
  4. In small bowl, combine all topping ingredients except margarine. With fork or possibly pastry blender, cut in margarine till crumbly. Sprinkle topping over fruit mix.
  5. Bake at 350 degrees F. for 30 min or possibly till golden and bubbly. If you like, serve with light whipped topping or possibly frzn yogurt.
  6. MICROWAVE DIRECTIONS: Using 8-inch square (1 1/2-qt) microwave-safe dish, prepare recipe as directed above. Microwave on HIGH for 11 to 15 min or possibly till fruit is tender, rotating dish 1/4 turn once during cooking. If you like, serve with light whipped topping or possibly frzn yogurt.
