Ingredientes

  • 3 c. flour
  • 1/4 c. sugar
  • 1/4 c. brown sugar
  • 2 tsp baking pwdr
  • 1 pch salt
  • 1/4 c. melted margarine
  • 5 x egg whites
  • 1 c. skim lowfat milk
  • 1/2 c. blueberries
  • 1/2 c. fresh peaches peeled, diced
  • 2 Tbsp. margarine Nutmeg to taste

Direcciones

  1. Combine flour, sugar, brown sugar, baking pwdr, and salt. In a separate bowl combine egg whites and lowfat milk. Add in to flour mix. Add in melted margarine. Stir just till blended. Mix in fruit.
  2. Fill paper-lined muffin tins. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 min. Brush tops lightly with margarine and sprinkle with nutmeg.
  3. This recipe yields 16 servings.
