Receta Blueberry Pudding With French Cream

- Sort blueberries, discarding any stems and decayed fruit; rinse and drain fresh berries.
- In a 1 1/2- to 2-qt pan, combine 1/2 c. of the blueberries, sugar, cornstarch, grated orange and lemon peel, orange juice, and lemon juice. Stir over high heat till boiling, about 3 min. Add in remaining berries and stir just till mix boils again. Stir in 1 tsp. vanilla. Pour into bowls. Serve warm, hot, or possibly cold, topped with French Cream.
