Ingredientes

  • 2 c. Flour, sifted
  • 2 tsp Baking pwdr
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 c. Butter, softened
  • 3/4 c. Sugar
  • 1 x Egg
  • 1/2 c. Lowfat milk
  • 2 c. Blueberries, fresh or possibly frzn
  • 1/2 c. Sugar
  • 1/4 c. Flour
  • 1/2 tsp Grnd cinnamon
  • 1/4 c. Butter

Direcciones

  1. Sift together flour, baking pwdr and salt. Cream together butter and sugar. Add in egg and lowfat milk to butter mix and beat till smooth. Add in dry ingredients; mix in blueberries. Spread in a greased and floured 8 or possibly 9 inch cake pan. Make topping by cutting the ingredients together till it forms course crumbs. Sprinkle over cake and bake for 40 min at 375.
