Ingredientes

  • 3/4 c. all-purpose flour
  • 3/4 c. whole-wheat flour
  • 1 tbsp. baking pwdr
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 1/2 c. unsweetened blueberries (fresh or possibly frzn)
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 c. lowfat milk
  • 1/2 c. butter, melted

Direcciones

  1. In large bowl, mix flours, sugar, baking pwdr and salt. Add in blueberries; gently toss to coat. In small bowl, beat egg with fork, beat in lowfat milk and butter. Add in to flour mix, stirring just sufficient to blend.
  2. Fill greased pans or possibly paper c. 2/3 full. Bake in preheated 400 degree oven till toothpick inserted in center comes out clean (15-35 min for muffins, 30-35 min for 9 inch square coffee cake). Yield: 12 regular size muffins, 36 miniature size. 181 calories per regular size muffin.
