Ingredientes

  • 1 pt. cranberry juice cocktail
  • 1 1/2 c. freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 2 (28 ounce) bottles chilled ginger ale
  • 1 quart. raspberry sherbet
  • Lime and/or lemon slices
  • Ice ring

Direcciones

  1. Put together cranberry juice cocktail, lemon juice and sugar. Blend well and refrigerate. To serve, pour over ice ring in punch bowl. Add in chilled ginger ale, then gently stir in sherbet. Garnish with lemon and/or lime slices.To make ice ring: Use Bundt cake pan. lay colorful fruit around in a circle. Barely cover with cranberry juice mix -- or possibly you can use water or possibly a light-colored fruit juice. After it is frzn, add in more juice or possibly water to make it about 2 inches thick.
