Ingredientes

  • 2 teaspoons dried minced onions
  • 2 tablespoons dry sherry
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 8 oz package cream cheese -- softened
  • 1 3 oz package corned beef -- chopped
  • 1/4 cup pimento-filled green olives -- chopped
  • Sesame seed crackers

Direcciones

  1. Soften onions in the sherry. Add mayonnaise to cream cheese. Add all remaining in redients, except crackers, and mix.
  2. Refrigerate overnight to allow flavors to blend.
  3. (must be done 1 day ahead.)
  4. Serve with crackers.
