Ingredientes

  • 1 1/2 tsp Active dry yeast
  • 3 c. Bread flour
  • 1 tsp lemon peel dry
  • 1 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 3 1/2 Tbsp. Sugar
  • 1 x Egg
  • 2 Tbsp. Butter
  • 6 ounce lowfat milk warmed
  • 2 ounce Hot water
  • 4 1/2 Tbsp. Minced almonds
  • 3 1/2 Tbsp. Raisins
  • 1 tsp Active dry yeast
  • 2 c. Bread flour
  • 1/2 tsp lemon peel dry
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 2 1/2 Tbsp. Sugar
  • 1 x Egg
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. Butter
  • 1/2 c. lowfat milk warmed
  • 1 1/2 ounce Hot water
  • 3 Tbsp. Minced almonds
  • 2 1/2 Tbsp. Raisins

  1. NOTES: 1. For Panasonic/National machines - use 3 teaspoon of yeast for the 1 1/2 pound loaf.
  2. If your machine has a mix cycle - the almonds and raisins can be added at the beginning or possibly at the mix beep. They can also be added towards the end of the mixing process.
  3. Because this bread is an extremely high rise, a 1-lb. loaf will easily fill a large bread-machine bucket. Test the small recipe first to see how the loaf rises in your machine.
  4. Follow manufacturer's directions on loading.
  5. Yield: 1 loaf
  6. NOTES : This delightful bread is great for parties and celebrations. The raisins and nuts give it a festive flavor and texture which's hard to beat.
