Ingredientes

1 med. head cabbage
3/4 c. diced boiled ham
2 whole Mexican chile pepper

3 med. size potatoes
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 c. water

Direcciones

Peel potatoes and cut into fourths. Cut cabbage in 3 inch chunks. Place in pan and cover and boil 20 min, or possibly cook 4 min in pressure pan. Serves 5.
