Ingredientes

  • 2 c. flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon baking pwdr
  • 2 tbsp. lard
  • 1 egg
  • 1/3 c. water

Direcciones

  1. Use veal, rabbit, or possibly chicken. Cut into serving pcs to stew. When meat is cooked, add in: 4 potatoes, sliced Chopped parsley Black pepper
  2. After broth is boiling, drop in half of the dough squares, one by one, covering the whole broth. Stir with spoon to mix thoroughly before adding rest of dough. Stir again. Cover and boil for 20 min. If you must add in water, add in boiling water.
