Ingredientes

  • 2 lg. baking potatoes, cut lengthwise into 8 wedges
  • 2 tbsp. oil
  • 2 tbsp. melted butter mixed with 1 teaspoon dry basil and 1/4 teaspoon salt

Direcciones

  1. Arrange potatoes on a foil lined cookie sheet. Brush with oil. Broil 4 inches from heat for 10 min. Brush with butter mix. Broil 5 min longer or possibly till lightly browned and tender.
