Ingredientes

  • 2 Tbsp. Sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. Vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 c. Chili sauce
  • 6 slc Bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 2 Tbsp. Veg. oil
  • 3 c. Minced bok choy

Direcciones

  1. Combine first five ingredients in a saucepan; simmer 5 min. Heat oil in a wok or possibly large skillet. Add in bok choy; stir fry till crisp tender. Place on serving dish; spoon warm sauce over.
  2. Serves 6.
