Ingredientes

  • 1/2 lrg carrot 1-2 medium onions
  • 1 lb mince
  • 1 tin tomatoes
  • 1/2 tin tomato puree
  • 6 slc pepperoni
  • 4 slc salami
  • 2 prt marjoram
  • 1 prt rosemary
  • 3 prt basil

Direcciones

  1. 1/2 Tsp. black pepper 1 tsp. parmesan (or possibly to taste)
  2. 2 cloves of garlic a little smoked ham, peppers, mushrooms and pickled onions to taste splash of red wine
  3. Chop and fry onions, mince and garlic. Add in everything else except the peppers and wine when the mince is browned.
  4. Keep adding the herbs till the mix just begins to taste herby. Add in peppers about 5 min before serving, and wine at the last minute, Serve with any pasta.
