Bolognese (Italian Meat Sauce)

Ingredientes

1 c. mushrooms, sliced
1 pound hamburger
1-2 lg. onions, minced
1/4 pound Prosciutto ham
2 tbsp. butter

2 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
4 c. or possibly 1 can plum tomatoes
1 sm. can tomato paste
1 clove garlic, crushed

Direcciones

Saute/fry onions, garlic and Prosciutto till onions are golden brown. Add in hamburger, cook till browned. Add in mushrooms, tomatoes and paste. Simmer for 2 hrs, till thick.
