Ingredientes

  • 1 lb Chopped meat, (beef or possibly pork or possibly mixed)
  • 1 x Onion, diced
  • 1 x Clove garlic, minced
  • 1 can Mushrooms, (or possibly fresh), cut into small pcs
  • 1 lrg Can tomatoes, minced
  • 1 cube beef stock Salt Pepper Nutmeg Oregano

Direcciones

  1. Fry onion and garlic in oil, then add in meat and fry till brown. Add in mushrooms, tomatoes, stock and some water (app. 1/4 l), and simmer for about 20 min. Season with salt, pepper, nutmeg and oregano. Serve over any kind of pasta and sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese on top.
