Ingredientes

  • 1 c. Minced carrots
  • 1 c. Minced red or possibly green bell pepper
  • 1 c. Minced onion
  • 3 lrg Garlic cloves, chopped
  • 1 Tbsp. Chili pwdr
  • 2 tsp Grnd cumin
  • 1 x 28 ounce. can italian plum tomatoes with juice, minced
  • 1 x 15 ounce. can red kidney beans, liquid removed
  • 1 x 15 ounce. can cannellini beans, liquid removed
  • 1 x 15 ounce. can black beans, liquid removed
  • 2 Tbsp. Canned minced chipotle chilies in adobo sauce

Direcciones

  1. You guys can figure out the rest. Cook for 30 min, stirring, and add in salt and pepper. I omited 1 Tablespoons oil at the beginning of this recipe- it was used to saute/fry the vegetables.
