Ingredientes

  • 8 x boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
  • 1 c. plain yogurt
  • 1/2 c. butter or possibly margarine
  • 1/4 c. fresh lemon juice
  • 2 lrg cloves garlic, chopped
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp grnd cumin
  • 1 tsp grnd ginger
  • 1 tsp turmeric
  • 2 tsp grnd coriander salt and grnd pepper to taste lemon wedges for garnish
  • 1/2 c. melted butter

Direcciones

  1. In large bowl combine yogurt, butter, lemon juice and spices. Place chicken breasts in mix and turn to coat well. Cover and marinate for 3 hrs or possibly longer, refrigerated. Remove chicken from marinade and grill 5 to 6 inches above medium-warm coals for 10 min Turn and baste 2 to 3 times with marinade. Serve with lemon wedges.
