Ingredientes

  • 6 whole chicken legs
  • 1 c. teriyaki sauce
  • 1/4 c. water
  • 3 tbsp. honey
  • 3 cloves garlic, crushed
  • Black pepper to taste

Direcciones

  1. To make marinade, mix all ingredients, except chicken legs. Debone chicken legs. Place marinade and chicken in a Zip-Loc bag for 2 hrs or possibly more. Barbecue chicken on a slow fire, brushing marinade on meat as it cooks. Serves 4.
